Senior Project Manager ds. Transformacji AI

Antal is a leading recruitment and HR consulting company operating in 35 countries and active in Poland since 1996. The company employs over 130 recruitment consultants specializing in various sectors and roles.

• Minimum 7 years in managing complex IT projects and programs at the business-technology interface.
• Minimum 5 years leading large-scale strategic transformation programs with multiple workstreams and significant budgets.
• Experience with AI/GenAI, digital transformation, data platforms (Data Platform, Data Lake, Data Hub), and cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLM), chatbots, AI agents, and Machine Learning technologies.
• Experience managing projects in large organizations (1000+ employees) involving multiple business and technology areas.
• Experience with operational model change, business process transformation, and change management.
• Ability to build and execute AI transformation roadmaps and coordinate enterprise-wide deployments.
• Experience defining KPIs, adoption metrics, and monitoring business benefits of AI projects.
• Very good knowledge of AI Governance, Responsible AI, and regulations such as AI Act, GDPR, DORA, and NIS2.
• Experience managing budgets, risks, project dependencies, and reporting to C-level management.
• Capability to lead large, interdisciplinary teams including architecture, data science, development, business, and external partners.
• Strong leadership and communication skills enabling effective cooperation with management and technical teams.
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile-Waterfall environments.
• Familiarity with project and program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Higher technical education.
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, SAFe, or equivalent certification.

Nice to have:

• Experience in financial, banking, or insurance sectors.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, RAG, and AI-supporting data platforms.
• Experience in AI Governance, Data Governance, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Participation in implementing Microsoft Copilot or other Enterprise AI solutions.
• Knowledge of FinOps for cloud and AI environments.
• AI, cloud, or corporate architecture certifications such as Azure AI Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, or TOGAF.

• Manage the strategic AI transformation program and coordinate multiple project streams.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business goal realization.
• Manage dependencies between AI initiatives, data platform, architecture, security, and business areas.
• Co-create the AI transformation roadmap and monitor key milestones.
• Report program progress to management and steering committees.
• Manage risks, budgets, and cost-efficiency, including cloud services.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and implement AI initiatives.
• Coordinate AI solution adoption and organizational change management.
