Starszy Konsultant ds. Dynamics AX/D365 F&O

Medicover is hiring a Senior Consultant to support the development, problem-solving, and implementation projects related to Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 F&O systems in a hybrid work model based in Warsaw.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Microsoft D365 F&O and AX2012 (financial, procurement, invoicing, or inventory modules).
• At least 2 years of experience in ERP implementation projects or maintenance (AX, D365, SAP, IFS, or Oracle).
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Practical knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
• Ability to create business requirements analyses and test scenarios.
• Experience collaborating with business users and IT teams.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Basic knowledge of XML.
• Experience working in distributed, multilingual, multicultural environments.

• Provide technical and substantive support to users regarding systems managed by the support department.
• Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure system availability and respond to issues.
• Assign roles and permissions to users.
• Analyze user needs for system modification and expansion.
• Work with the implementation department and developers to introduce system changes.
• Conduct software compliance tests with requirements.
• Conduct training, consultations, and presentations for software users.
