Technical Leader/Architekt systemowy

Mindbox is a technology company that combines consulting, technology, and talent to create valuable digital solutions for leading companies across Europe. You will join a strategic IT transformation initiative aimed at building a modern support platform based on microservices, automation, AI, and workflow. The project is an enterprise-class solution that seeks to set new standards for process digitization in a large organization and optimize customer service.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system architecture design and oversight.
• At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry or related domains, preferably in claims processes.
• Strong knowledge of Java with Spring and software development practices.
• Ability to design scalable, resilient, and secure distributed systems.
• Familiarity with DDD, integration patterns, and API governance.
• Experience with public cloud (Azure) and infrastructure automation (Terraform).
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and end-to-end observability.
• Experience in code review, conducting technical workshops, and mentoring.
• English proficiency at B2+ level with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model: 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

• Experience with Agentic SDLC and projects involving AI.
• Advanced knowledge of DDD and strategic architectural practices.
• Experience defining technology standards in large organizations.
• Knowledge of cloud cost management and multi-cloud strategy.

• Designing architecture of a new system and documenting solutions.
• Building a microservices distributed system from scratch using modern tools.
• Participating in feasibility analysis and creating a technology roadmap.
• Maintaining technology standards and code quality, including code review.
• Estimating workload, preparing technology recommendations, supporting backlog creation.
• Providing technical support to the development team through mentoring, workshops, and implementation supervision.
• Ensuring requirements for performance, security, and observability are met.
