Java Developer (Java, Kafka)

• Minimum 5 years experience with Java.
• Very good knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Minimum 3 years experience with Apache Kafka.
• Good knowledge of SQL (minimum 5 years).
• Experience in unit and integration testing using JUnit, TestNG, Spock, Testcontainers, Wiremock.
• Knowledge of OOP and Functional programming paradigms.
• Knowledge of microservice architecture and resilience patterns in distributed systems.
• Familiarity with BPMN and business processes.
• Practical knowledge of tools for diagnostics and performance optimization of applications.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Practice in using AI/Agentic AI tools to support the development process.
• Experience with cloud solutions such as Azure, GCP, and AWS.

• Build and develop systems in a microservice architecture supporting key business processes.
• Design, implement, and maintain APIs and system integrations.
• Participate in designing and implementing functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure high code quality through development of automated tests and code reviews.
• Actively utilize AI and Agentic AI approaches in software development and testing.
• Collaborate within a scrum team and participate in agile events.
