Senior AI Platform Engineer

Mindbox is a technology company that combines consulting, technology, and talent to create valuable digital solutions. The team develops an AI platform in the Microsoft Azure cloud aimed at providing modern AI/ML, Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI services at enterprise scale.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud, Platform Engineering, or DevOps.
• At least 2 years working with AI/ML or Generative AI.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services including deployment and administration.
• Practical experience with Azure AI Foundry and AI service integration.
• Advanced skills in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Ability to design CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Docker.
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and Observability in Azure.
• Familiarity with identity and access management tools and principles (Microsoft Entra ID).
• Ability to work in an Agile and DevOps culture.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.

• Develop and maintain AI platform within Microsoft Azure environment.
• Build and configure services based on Azure AI Foundry.
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Maintain and develop Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Docker containerization environments.
• Implement comprehensive monitoring, Observability, and diagnostics using Azure Monitor and App Insights.
• Integrate AI services with Azure API Management.
• Support deployments of Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Collaborate closely with architecture, cybersecurity, cloud, and governance teams.

Work location is hybrid, requiring at least one day per week in Warsaw. English language proficiency at B2 level is required.
