Platform Engineering Manager

Capgemini is a global company focused on technology solutions. The role involves leading the engineering teams behind Neo, a Group-wide AI platform, managing engineers building and operating AI capabilities with collaboration across cloud, data, product, and change teams.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing engineering teams in AI/ML, platform, or cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, MLOps workflows, and model operationalization.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Technical background in Python or similar languages, with experience scaling platform services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with MLOps tools, distributed AI systems.
• Open-source contributions.
• Kaggle participation.
• GCP certifications.

• Managing and developing the Neo engineering team to ensure high-quality delivery and strong technical standards.
• Overseeing and coordinating the design, build, and evolution of Neo’s AI platform components.
• Ensuring and improving the scalability, performance, and reliability of the platform in collaboration with cloud engineering.
• Standardizing and promoting best practices in MLOps, model deployment, and platform operations.
• Partnering closely with product, data, and change teams to align technical work with business priorities and upcoming AI use cases.
