Project Manager (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in two areas: creating systems commissioned by clients mainly in financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors, often building from scratch or adding full new functionalities; and supporting clients in recruiting specialists with a focus on body leasing. The company has extensive experience in delivering large, complex projects used daily by millions of users, mostly long-term remote projects with periodic integration meetings and charity involvement.

• Experience as a Project Manager, IT Project Manager, or Delivery Manager in projects involving payments, payment cards, or digital banking.
• Knowledge of card tokenization and its application in digital payments.
• Experience with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and digital wallets or similar solutions.
• Good understanding of the relationships among payment cards, tokens, digital wallets, and payment processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business teams, and external suppliers.
• Experience managing projects end-to-end from analysis, planning, implementation to deployment.
• Proficient in English with fluent communication skills in a project environment.

The recruitment process consists of three stages: a short approximately 20-minute phone conversation with HR, an online technical talk with the client lasting about 45 minutes including experience and technical questions, and a second online technical talk with the client lasting about 1 hour.
