Senior Java Developer (AI & LLM) (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating custom systems mainly in finance, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in recruiting specialists primarily through bodyleasing. • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in developing applications with Java and Spring Boot.
• At least 1 year of experience deploying solutions based on LLM in production environments.
• Practical knowledge of agent architectures (ReAct, MCP) and AI agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with Spring AI, LangChain4j, integration with LLM APIs, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with AI observability, monitoring, and evaluation of language model-based systems.
• Experience working according to Specification-Driven Development.
• Ability to conduct technical workshops and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Higher education degree in a STEM field.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Angular.
• Experience programming in Python.
• Previous experience in banking projects.

• Developing new functionalities and building systems primarily from scratch for clients in finance-related sectors.
• Integrating applications with LLM models and AI ecosystem.
• Working remotely with occasional onsite attendance (1-2 days per month in Warsaw, Wrocław, or Poznań).
• Participating in technical workshops and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Engaging in a recruitment process involving an HR phone interview and a technical online talk with the client.
