Java Software Engineer

We build software that helps banks and financial institutions detect fraud, prevent money laundering, and understand transactions at scale. The platform processes large volumes of transactional data in real time, combining search technology and AI to provide clear, actionable insights. The role is part of the Financial Crime Product Development team, building and maintaining backend services that are part of a large, enterprise-grade platform used by global banks.

• Strong experience with Java in backend development
• Experience with distributed or cloud-based systems
• Good analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving
• Experience working in agile development teams
• Clear and practical communication skills
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Spring Boot, REST, CI/CD, Kafka (required)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Grafana
• Experience with Angular
• Interest or experience with Python, TypeScript, Spark, Elasticsearch, StarRocks

• Build and maintain backend services within an autonomous agile team
• Contribute to the enterprise-grade platform used by global banks for fraud and financial crime detection
• Collaborate in a small agile team environment
