AI Platform Tech Lead

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience including at least 3 years as a Tech Lead, Architect, or Technical Leader.
• Experience designing AI/GenAI platforms for large organizations.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure services including Azure AI Foundry (Agent Service), Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning, Azure API Management, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Experience building solutions with LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI.
• Strong skills in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience creating DevOps and MLOps practices, security standards, observability, and governance.
• Ability to lead architectural reviews and technical agreements.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (Warsaw).

Nice to have:

• Experience with Google Vertex AI and AWS Bedrock.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, MCP, and Azure Content Safety.
• Understanding of AI Governance, RODO, and AI Act.
• Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
• Experience in the financial and insurance sectors.

• Technical leadership of AI Platform development in close collaboration with Product Owner, Architect, and engineering teams.
• Defining technological, architectural, and operational standards for platform services.
• Designing, implementing, and evolving GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions including Azure AI Foundry and Agent Service.
• Building and advancing DevOps, MLOps, Observability, and FinOps practices for the platform.
• Participating in the PoC to production transformation process.
• Supporting teams with security, governance, and platform integration with organizational systems.
• Mentoring and technical guidance for platform engineers.
