Senior Director, IT Applications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in enterprise applications with expertise in Workday and Salesforce
• 5+ years of people management experience leading teams of platform owners, administrators, and business analysts
• Proven experience establishing and operating governance models for enterprise platforms in global, regulated, or financial services environments
• Solid understanding of enterprise integration architectures
• Experience managing SaaS vendors, software licensing, commercial agreements, and strategic partner relationships
• Solid knowledge of data privacy, risk, and security frameworks including GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills at both executive and technical levels
• Workday and/or Salesforce certifications are advantageous

• Define and own the multi-year strategy, roadmap, and operating model for Workday and Salesforce, aligning with business priorities
• Establish and chair platform governance forums with key stakeholders
• Ensure stability, performance, security, and availability of Workday and Salesforce via release management, testing, monitoring, and change control
• Oversee end-to-end integration landscape across Workday, Salesforce, and SAP S/4HANA
• Manage relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers including contracts and licensing
• Own platform security and access governance including role design, segregation of duties, and compliance
• Partner with Information Security, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams to ensure effective controls and adherence to GDPR and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of platform capabilities to enhance business value and operational efficiency
