Kodland is a digital platform connecting tutors and children aged 5 to 17, teaching game development (Unity/Roblox/Minecraft), programming (Scratch/Python), web development (Javascript, HTML, CSS), and digital design (Blender/Photoshop). Kodland operates in 40 countries and educates over 30,000 students.

• Demonstrate programming skills, specifically Python at at least an intermediate level.
• Willingness to acquire new skills and improve existing ones.
• Readiness to teach children and help them achieve high results.
• Availability for work on weekends and/or weekdays evenings.
• Ability to work independently.
• No criminal record and no prohibition on working with children.

• Deliver fun and engaging lessons based on the provided curriculum and materials.
• Conduct online classes with children aged 10 to 14, both individual and group sessions (9–12 students).
• Improve teaching skills under the guidance of experienced Kodland mentors.
• Share feedback on lessons and materials with the team.
• Provide regular and detailed reports on student progress.
• Enhance the learning experience and student engagement in class.
• Be a positive, influential, and friendly figure at Kodland.
• Implement creative ideas to support students.

This is a remote position requiring a personal laptop with camera and microphone, stable internet connection, and a quiet work environment. The contract offered is B2B with options for working as an unregistered sole trader or cooperation with the TwójStartup incubator.
