IT Business Analyst

Cyclad collaborates with top international IT companies to deliver innovative digital solutions. The current project focuses on supporting used vehicle remarketing activities through IT services, based in Warsaw with a hybrid work model.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital product environments
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process modelling, and functional analysis
• Experience working within Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and collaboration tools such as Confluence
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
• Experience with data analysis and digital product delivery
• Ability to work effectively in international, cross-functional teams
• Very good English language skills

• Leading requirements gathering workshops and conducting business and functional analysis
• Documenting business processes, creating functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Supporting backlog management and prioritisation in cooperation with Product Owners
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing and validating delivered functionality
• Acting as a functional expert, providing guidance to stakeholders and end users
• Supporting change management initiatives and assisting with user training
• Contributing to continuous improvement of business processes and digital platforms
