Master Data Specialist with French - remote

Antal is a leading recruitment and HR advisory company active since 1996, operating in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Hungary with around 150 professionals delivering recruitment, employee outsourcing, HR consulting, employer branding, and market research services.

• Proven experience in master data management within Shared Services or GBS environments
• Experience in data migration or transformation projects including assessment, cleansing, design, migration, and implementation
• Strong project delivery experience with transition programmes exposure
• Fluency in French and English
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Master Data Management & Transition Delivery:

• Support and deliver master data initiatives across assessment, design, migration, and implementation
• Contribute to data cleansing, harmonisation, and standardisation
• Participate in data migration including validation, reconciliation, and stabilisation
• Ensure alignment of master data with operating models and system requirements

Project & Programme Support:

• Support project governance, planning, and tracking
• Manage deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Functional Expertise – Master Data:

• Maintain and manage master data across key domains (customer, vendor, finance, materials)
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Support data governance frameworks and standards

Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and data owners
• Support communication and alignment across global and regional teams
• Act as key interface for French-speaking stakeholders

Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

• Monitor data quality KPIs and reporting metrics
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and data quality enhancement
• Support continuous improvement in data management processes
