IT Support Specialist with German (Junior)

• Very good knowledge of German and English (B2/C1 levels)
• Problem solving skills and attention to detail
• First IT support/helpdesk working experience (nice to have but not required)

• Providing daily support to German-speaking customers
• Responding to customers' queries and solving technical issues
• Managing ticketing system
• Performing troubleshooting activities (hardware, software, system)
