EUVIC Future Work is hiring a SharePoint Team Lead located in Warsaw with options for hybrid or remote work, focusing on managing and developing SharePoint environments.

• Leadership abilities and experience or aptitude for managing a team of specialists.
• Relevant IT education or professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, MS Office, and Microsoft operating systems.
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2025.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, SharePoint Workflows, and PowerShell.
• Experience with SharePoint migration tools like ShareGate.
• Systematic, solution-oriented work approach.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across organizational levels.
• Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel for business and occasional work outside regular hours.

Nice to have:

• Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint, such as MCSE, MCSD, or equivalents.

• Leading the SharePoint team and coordinating internal and external administrators and developers.
• Setting the direction for SharePoint development in cooperation with business stakeholders.
• Administering SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Subscription Edition, and SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365).
• Migrating SharePoint sites and applications to SharePoint Subscription Edition and SharePoint Online.
• Monitoring and maintaining SharePoint server farms.
• Customizing SharePoint sites using built-in features, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Performing advanced troubleshooting, incident investigation, and technical issue resolution.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including operational manuals and emergency procedures.
• Preparing user guides and supporting user education.
