Product Manager

EUVIC Future Work is a company involved in product management with a focus on categories such as electric scooters (own brand), micromobility accessories, spare parts, Smart Home products, electric bikes, and sports products.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Experience introducing products, components, or spare parts to the market.
• Experience working with own brands and understanding their development.
• Practical experience collaborating with manufacturers from China and organizing import.
• Ability to conduct trade negotiations independently.
• Knowledge of ordering components and managing product lifecycle.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Independence, responsibility, and goal-oriented approach.
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

Nice to have:

• Experience in micromobility, consumer electronics, or Smart Home industries.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and cooperation with QC units.
• Experience managing seasonal categories.

• Develop and execute product development strategies from concept to market launch.
• Analyze market, competition, trends, and customer needs to build competitive product offerings.
• Plan product assortment including quantities, models, color variants, and retail pricing.
• Conduct trade negotiations with suppliers and build long-term business relationships.
• Collaborate with suppliers from China and Europe, acquire new partners, and coordinate import processes.
• Manage product production and implementation processes, including technical documentation and delivery to warehouse.
• Order components and spare parts.
• Work with quality, logistics, sales, marketing, and finance departments.
• Create pricing policies and support marketing efforts for managed categories.
• Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases aligning with market needs.
• Supervise product quality control processes and implement quality standards.
• Control delivery timeliness and order fulfillment.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and present results to the Purchasing Director and Company Management.
• Achieve business objectives related to quality, margin, timeliness, and product portfolio development.
