HTH Recruitment is hiring for a Recruitment Consultant role based in Warsaw.

• Experience in sales (phone and email) is highly desirable
• Recruitment experience in an agency environment is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of the SSC/BPO or IT sector is a strong advantage
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Attitude of a Go-Getter, openness, and strong determination for professional learning and development
• Sense of humor
• Creative approach to job advertisement promotion, company development, and candidate and client acquisition

• Conduct qualitative End-to-End recruitment processes
• Develop business by acquiring new clients and candidates
• Build long-term and quality business relationships with clients
• Maintain and develop the image of HTH Recruitment
• Manage and grow the database in the ATS system (Recruitify)
• Take proactive actions related to business development and company growth initiatives
• Perform additional administrative and marketing tasks
