AI Tech Lead

IT Factory is a dynamic company with experience in development, implementation, and support of IT solutions for a major Polish insurance company.

Must have:

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience
• Minimum 3 years in Tech Lead, Architect, or Technical Leader role
• Experience designing AI platforms for large organizations
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure
• Experience in designing and building AI and GenAI platforms
• Very good knowledge of Azure AI Foundry
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry Agent Service
• Very good knowledge of Azure AI Search
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning
• Experience with Azure API Management
• Expert knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience building platform standards, DevOps, and MLOps processes
• Very good knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and container environments
• Experience defining standards for security, Observability, Governance, and FinOps
• Experience conducting architectural reviews and cross-team agreements
• Experience building solutions using LLM, RAG, and AI agents
• Communicative English language skills
• Service provision from Poland territory
• Willingness to work hybrid (minimum 1 day/week in Warsaw office)

• Technically lead the development of the AI Platform
• Collaborate with Product Owner and AI Platform Architect
• Define technological, architectural, and operational standards
• Support and mentor the AI Platform engineering team
• Conduct technical agreements and architectural reviews
• Design and develop GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions
• Build DevOps, MLOps, Observability, and FinOps practices
• Support initiatives transitioning from PoC to production environments
• Collaborate with Cloud, Cybersecurity, Governance, Integration, and Architecture teams

• Service provision required from territory of Poland
• Work model hybrid: minimum 1 day per week in Warsaw office
