Technical Ownership:

• Lead architecture, scalability, and performance of e-commerce applications.
• Drive clean, maintainable, and performant systems using best practices.
• Contribute hands-on to the codebase and guide technical discussions.
• Set technical strategy anticipating future platform needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with Product, Design, UX, and Program Management to align goals and deliver roadmap objectives.
• Establish strong stakeholder relationships to balance product and technical priorities.
• Identify dependencies and remove blockers across engineering, design, and product.

Culture & Continuous Improvement:

• Promote engineering efficiency, automation, and reuse through design patterns and modern practices.
• Define and measure KPIs to track team performance and business impact.
