PROGRAMISTA/-TKA .NET SYSTEMÓW PRODUKCYJNYCH

Optimakers develops production management systems operating in clients across Poland, supporting planning, production execution, warehousing, reporting, and system integrations. They emphasize code deployed to production, developer influence on product direction, and stable, performant, high-quality software.

.NET / Backend:

• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET.
• Several years experience in complex, business-critical production systems.
• Experience with systems requiring continuous operation, multiple users, performance monitoring, optimization, and external integrations.

ASP.NET / Frontend:

• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, Razor Pages.
• Practical skills in JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS.
• Ability to debug and improve UI independently.

SQL Server:

• Advanced T-SQL skills.
• Query optimization, stored procedures, indexes, execution plans.
• Awareness of deadlocks, N+1 problems, tempdb, and cardinality issues.

Integrations and Quality:

• Strong knowledge of REST API design, security, versioning.
• Experience with EF Core (data modeling, performance, migrations).
• Knowledge of async/await, multithreading, concurrency.
• Familiarity with GIT (pull requests, code review).
• Understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean code.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Docker and isolated development environments.
• Background in microservices or distributed architectures.
• Exposure to CI/CD and build automation.
• Writing automated tests (unit, integration, API).
• Familiarity with DDD and CQRS methodologies.
• Experience with TypeScript or React and modern frontend concepts.
• Experience in refactoring legacy systems (not only greenfield).

Backend / Architecture:

• Develop Optimakers systems on the .NET platform.
• Implement business logic in C#, APIs, and integrations.
• Expand and optimize existing modules for performance, scalability, and architecture.
• Work with SQL Server (queries, procedures, optimization, indexes).
• Integrate REST APIs with client systems.
• Solve real user and deployment team issues.
• Provide 2nd line support including consultant assistance and functionality estimations.

Frontend:

• Develop frontend using Razor, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Improve UI and browser performance.
• Debug backend and frontend in production scenarios.

Quality and Collaboration:

• Maintain clean code, documentation, and perform code reviews.
• Collaborate with deployment teams and occasionally with clients.
• Participate in designing technical and functional solutions.

Potential additional responsibilities:

• Contribute to application architecture.
• Develop internal automation and tools.
• Mentor other developers.
• Participate in UI/UX design.
