Product Manager

We are building XTB – a global investment company offering innovative technological solutions that allow our clients to effectively manage their finances within a single, intuitive XTB app used by over one million users worldwide.

• Experience in product management (fintech experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of new technology trends, including AI solutions, e-commerce, SaaS, mobile, and web applications.
• Building products and features based on KPI-driven goals and data analysis.
• High attentiveness to customer needs and experience conducting product discovery.
• Experience creating business requirements and executing them with the product team.
• Experience and ability in business and system analysis as well as process automation.
• Practical experience facilitating workshop-based meetings to gather requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• High level of independence and self-starter attitude.
• Experience working with a cross-functional, agile team.
• Proficiency in English at least B2 level.
• Openness to and practical experience using AI-based tools in daily work.
• Personal or professional experience in investing and financial markets is a plus.

• Define the future product vision and select KPIs aligned with company goals.
• Validate intuition through research and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Translate the product vision into concrete steps and tasks for the development team.
• Manage collaboration with legal, risk, marketing, and technical departments to ensure successful product launch.
• Partner with the Engineering Team Lead.
• Use metrics to justify decisions and avoid guesswork.
