Solutions Architect

We support clients in software implementation and business intelligence. Our customers include financial institutions, automotive companies, and telecom companies. We focus on translating business needs into software to improve efficiency.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development using backend or frontend technologies
• Familiarity with process flow frameworks (BPMN, UML)
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Understanding system integration principles (API etc.)
• Proactivity in daily duties
• Experience in designing ETL processes and software implementation
• Fluent English (C1 level)
• High communication skills with a consulting approach
• Teamwork skills, good organization, planning, and a positive attitude

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with some automation or low-code technologies (e.g., Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Query, Python, Power Automate, Power BI, UiPath, Oracle Apex)
• Previous leadership experience

• Gathering requirements from customers
• Proposing business solutions for customers’ needs
• Preparing necessary technical specifications
• Designing and creating databases for computer systems
• Designing IT solutions based on various technologies including low-code platforms and AI
• Planning next releases and scoping implementation
• Working closely with team members and managing code review
• Solving issues with existing architecture and delivery process
• Working closely with customers, communicating project status, and raising risks
• Managing and motivating team members daily
