Senior Solutions Engineer

GGS implements compensation management software and creates custom automation solutions for businesses. The company employs around 60 people who possess not only IT skills but also analytical and interpersonal abilities with a deep understanding of business operations.

• Solid understanding of IT technology
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development experience in backend or frontend technologies
• Experience in analyzing business needs, processes, and documenting requirements
• Familiarity with process flow frameworks (BPMN, UML)
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Application development using business process automation or low-code tools
• Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Understanding of system integration principles (e.g., API)
• Very good command of English (minimum B2)
• Very good communication and organizational skills

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with automation or low code technologies such as Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Query, Python, Power Automate, Power BI, UiPath, Oracle Apex

• Analyzing business needs and processes, gathering and documenting requirements
• Developing automation plans and strategies
• Designing and implementing proof-of-concept solutions and full production rollouts
• Designing IT solutions using various technologies including low-code platforms and AI
• Creating and modeling solutions, data structures, business processes, algorithms, and user interfaces using visual tools
