Senior Program Manager

• Proven experience leading large-scale IT or software programs with multi-year, multi-million EUR budgets and full accountability
• Experience managing distributed, multinational teams and collaborating with external vendors or partners
• Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills in complex stakeholder environments
• High level of ownership and decisiveness, able to operate independently and make informed trade-off decisions
• Pragmatic, problem-solving mindset focused on outcomes
• Practical knowledge of program and delivery frameworks (e.g., PMP, SAFe) with certifications a plus
• Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles (SDLC) and modern software engineering practices
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Work from the European Union region and possession of a work permit are required

• Leading large, complex software programs for international clients with end-to-end accountability
• Defining and owning program governance, including decision-making structures, escalation paths, and reporting frameworks
• Overseeing multi-stream program delivery to meet milestones within timelines, scope, and budget
• Managing dependencies and alignment across internal delivery teams and external partners
• Proactively identifying program-level risks and defining mitigation strategies
• Establishing and executing structured change management processes with full traceability
• Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients, sponsors, and key internal stakeholders
• Mentoring and supporting Delivery Managers to ensure alignment with program goals and standards
• Building and leading effective program teams promoting transparency and accountability
