Technical Pre-Sales Architect / Senior Pre-Sales Engineer

• 12+ years of software development experience and 5+ years in cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP)
• Proven experience in pre-sales, bid management, and proposal or RFP/RFI creation
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures, pricing models, and cost estimation tools
• Solid knowledge of Agile delivery models and aligning them with client expectations
• Experience with high-security and data-protection requirements
• Familiarity with pre-sales, bid management, and proposal automation tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Willingness to travel for client workshops, presentations, and key meetings
• Fluent in Polish and English (minimum B2+ level)

Work location and authorization:

• Must work from the European Union region and possess a valid work permit

• Actively participate in pre-sales and bid processes, including solution design, effort estimation, and risk assessment
• Lead technical offers by orchestrating cross-functional solution teams
• Co-author proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs aligned with client requirements and delivery models
• Collaborate with sales teams and stakeholders to build strong technical narratives and value propositions
• Design cloud-native and hybrid architectures across Azure, AWS, and GCP
• Define migration strategies and high-level architectures with cloud-specialized architects
• Lead discovery and solution design workshops and translate requirements into actionable architectures
• Ensure security, compliance, and technical feasibility of proposed solutions throughout the pre-sales cycle
