.NET/Go Core Cloud Engineer

Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp.z.o.o is part of Motorola Solutions’ Command Center and Cloud Solutions division, developing secure, reliable, and efficient team communications and operational intelligence solutions for mission-critical public safety and enterprise markets globally. The Core Platform and Services team supports cloud infrastructure, platform services, and software services for public and hybrid cloud-based SaaS solutions targeting public safety customers.

• Over 3 years of software development experience and minimum 2 years in scalable, cloud-hosted applications
• Knowledge of .Net Core or Go
• Curiosity to learn and understand system internals
• Willingness to work on development, testing, and deployment automation
• Ability to learn and quickly adapt to solve practical problems
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math, or related fields or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

• Experience with public cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, GCP, or Amazon AWS
• Familiarity with Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Python
• Linux operating system knowledge

• Influence and create new designs, software, architecture, and methods for deploying large-scale distributed systems
• Be a contributing member of teams defining the technical approach and system and software architecture
• Learn and deeply understand Motorola Solutions internal platforms
• Create technical approaches and designs for new features across the organization
• Drive new capabilities and requirements in platforms to support product features
• Participate in on-call rotation (one sprint on, multiple sprints off)
