Senior Infrastructure Automation Engineer

Motorola Solutions is a global technology company focused on public safety and commercial customers worldwide. The department delivers a server platform solution for the ASTRO 25, the world's most widely used P25 mission-critical voice and data communication network.

• Over 4 years of experience in on-prem CI/CD and infrastructure automation
• Strong hands-on experience with Ansible, Python, Groovy, and Bash scripting
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins troubleshooting and CI/CD improvements
• Strong Linux (Red Hat) skills and operational troubleshooting
• Experience with Git, Bitbucket, GitHub, and Artifactory
• Ability to solve cross-system issues and review team solutions
• Effective English communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with KVM or other on-prem delivery infrastructure
• Experience with release engineering and package signing
• Experience mentoring engineers and promoting self-service models

• Share ownership and support of CI/CD platform with focus on Ansible automation
• Implement automation and operational improvements across on-prem and AWS environments
• Maintain reliability of Jenkins and support pipeline and release tooling
• Guide application teams and review technical changes
• Drive platform decisions across the organization
