Wymagania
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including design, development, testing, and implementation of complex solutions.
- Proficiency in C++ with experience developing and maintaining high-performance, production-grade software.
- Strong understanding of systems architecture, application infrastructure, and software development lifecycle.
- Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
Nice to have:
- Advanced degree or specialization in financial markets, finance, mathematics, or related discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications across specialist technology disciplines.
- Experience working with global teams or contributing to enterprise-scale systems in regulated industries.
Obowiązki
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions across new and existing applications, systems architecture, and infrastructure to meet complex business needs.
- Analyse and review system requirements and business processes, translating them into robust, well-tested, and maintainable code.
- Evaluate emerging technology and market trends to inform technology decisions and maintain competitive advantage.
- Collaborate across functions and geographies to deliver end-to-end solutions spanning architecture, database design, software development, and testing.
- Mentor and challenge team members to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and adoption of industry best practices.
