Specialist - Product Management, FinTech

Nasdaq is the employer, and the position is within the fintech regulatory reporting software domain, delivering solutions aligned with EBA and local regulations for global financial institutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–6+ years experience in business analysis, product management, or related roles within fintech, regulatory/compliance, or financial services.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory and business requirements into developer-ready documentation.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and QA.
• Understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and key banking products.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulatory frameworks including EBA guidelines, FINREP, and statistical/financial reporting standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with regulatory reporting platforms or compliance-focused software.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Exposure to data and analytics tools or concepts, such as SQL.
• Additional spoken languages such as French, Spanish, German, or Dutch beneficial.

• Translate regulatory requirements into clear product features and functional specifications aligned with EBA and local regulations.
• Write and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs).
• Partner with Development, QA, and Product teams to ensure requirements are well-understood and compliant.
• Serve as subject-matter expert supporting test case development and addressing regulatory questions.
• Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to inform product evolution.

This position is located in Poland and requires hybrid work environment presence at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change.
