Network Technical Lead - Digital Health Solutions (IVD & MD)

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Solid background in healthcare industry or other highly regulated domains.
• Extensive experience in software engineering, software architecture, or technical leadership in cloud-based, distributed software environments.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in matrix organizations.
• Strong technical expertise in modern software development, cloud technologies, distributed systems, and DevOps practices.
• Passion for coaching engineers and building technical communities through mentorship.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Provide technical leadership for complex investigations of customer complaints, product quality issues, and patient allegations across Digital Solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional investigations involving software engineers, product teams, quality experts, and global affiliates.
• Enable sound technical decisions ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Identify trends from field experience and customer feedback to drive proactive improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Sub Chapter leads to enhance engineering practices and investigation approaches.
