D2P Accounts Payable Senior Solution Architect - RDT ERP

Roche is a global healthcare company focused on advancing science and providing access to healthcare through medicines and diagnostics products. The role is within the Accounts Payables area, integrating SAP ECC and S/4HANA with procurement platforms to support the Invoice-to-Pay lifecycle as part of the ASPIRE program.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Finance or related field.
• 8-10 years experience as a Solution Architect with strong analytical and hands-on problem solving skills.
• 2+ years experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industries.
• Experience designing business-driven, standards-based, future-ready solutions in complex or multiple solution contexts.
• Experience maintaining vision, roadmaps, and assessing impacts on capabilities and risks.
• Proven track record in architecture practices development, mentoring, and vendor evaluations.
• Strong stakeholder management and product development/delivery experience.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA (FI/CO and MM).
• In-depth knowledge of OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (Otext-VIM) and advanced ABAP coding skills.
• Experience designing scalable, high-volume financial processing solutions.
• Knowledge of OCR and Intelligent Capture technologies.
• Expertise in integration patterns, API-Led connectivity, Middleware such as Mulesoft.
• Strong skills in handling JSON, XML, CSV, EDI Standards, data mapping, transformation, and ETL processes.
• Ability to record and maintain Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
• Capability to define and drive reference architectures and assess external technology trends.

• Design solutions that meet product and business priorities within the Accounts Payables context.
• Manage Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) and evolve architecture throughout the product lifecycle.
• Solve complex problems and lead others in architecture decision making.
• Maintain vision, roadmap, and landscape for the Accounts Payable area.
• Create Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, Ontologies, and Integration pathways.
• Define and drive reference architectures, patterns, and fitness functions.
• Communicate difficult concepts and negotiate stakeholder viewpoints.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to product teams.
• Improve existing solutions and manage technical debt.
• Research, evaluate, pilot, and adopt new technologies.
• Ensure designs comply with GxP, GDPR, ICFR, and Roche security standards.

This position can be based either in Poland (Warsaw or Poznan) or Spain (Madrid). Compensation elements for Spain will be communicated during phone screening. Data processing and privacy information are stated according to GDPR and local regulations.
