The team partners with the Legal department to deliver legal-specific digital solutions supporting global teams and managing products for legal spend and matter management, document management, contract management, workflows, and reporting.
Wymagania
Business Analysis Expertise:
- Experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and process modeling in Legal environments.
- Ability to develop business cases, perform cost-benefit analyses, and quantify digital solution value.
- Understanding of Legal processes in global corporate and pharmaceutical/diagnostics contexts.
- Experience with requirements management tools, workflow mapping, and documentation.
Technical & System Expertise:
- Understanding of IT systems, databases, and platform architectures, especially in Legal or related fields.
- Experience with product lifecycle management and solution delivery.
- Knowledge of AI and automation innovations for legal solutions is an advantage.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Ability to build trust and align multifunctional global teams.
- Skilled at translating business and technical languages for diverse audiences.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder alignment, conflict resolution, and complex organizational navigation.
- Strong presentation and written communication skills.
Problem Solving & Business Acumen:
- Understanding of Legal processes in pharmaceutical/diagnostics industries.
- Ability to evaluate IT decision impacts and translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Solution-oriented with proficiency in managing ambiguity.
- Focus on delivering measurable business value and continuous improvement.
Obowiązki
Business Requirements & Process Analysis:
- Conduct detailed discovery and analysis of legal global team processes to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Develop business cases and impact assessments quantifying benefits aligned to organizational goals.
- Create and maintain process maps, workflow diagrams, and requirements documentation.
Strategic Alignment & Partnership:
- Collaborate to define product strategies addressing organizational objectives.
- Contribute to global legal technology strategy including Data Domain & AI-driven solutions.
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to assess platforms and propose solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and target solutions.
Vendor Selection & Requirement Management:
- Define requirements, evaluate software capabilities, and contribute to RFPs.
- Act as key interface with external service providers ensuring alignment with Roche standards.
- Collaborate with Procurement for due diligence including security and privacy requirements.
- Develop and refine RFPs, evaluation frameworks, and vendor scorecards.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management & Requirement Harmonization:
- Facilitate requirements workshops and consolidate business needs.
- Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Reconcile conflicting requirements with data-driven prioritization.
- Align requirements across Pharma and Diagnostics for "One Roche" strategy.
Product Development & Implementation:
- Own technical solution definition and business requirements management from ideation to support.
- Define incremental goals with measurable outcomes.
- Develop acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and success metrics.
- Collaborate on development, enhancement, and integration of platforms.
- Assess integration or standalone solutions based on stakeholder goals.
- Support user acceptance testing, training, and change management.
Governance, Risk, and Compliance:
- Ensure alignment with legal, regulatory, data privacy, and security standards.
- Monitor regulatory trends and evaluate impacts on product requirements.
- Maintain traceability between business and regulatory requirements.
Product Operations & Life Cycle Management:
- Coordinate vendor release management for system upgrades.
- Partner with support teams on product performance and technical escalations.
- Identify and prioritize technical debt, bugs, and enhancement requests.
- Manage technical documentation and release notes for operational readiness.
