Solution Architect - DIA R&D

• Demonstrated experience designing business-driven, standards-based, future-ready solutions within a specific solution context.
• Experience maintaining vision, roadmap, and current landscape for technical solutions.
• Ability to assess impacts of initiatives on risk and application landscapes.
• General and in-depth knowledge in one or two technology areas.
• Proficiency in creating Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, and Ontologies.
• Ability to define and drive reference architectures, patterns, NFRs, and fitness functions.
• Capability to drive external technology trends and assess feasibility, including vendor assessments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mindset to enhance value, improve solutions, and manage technical debt.
• Pharma (GxP, CSV, etc.) experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in English.

• Designs solutions that meet product requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards within a specific solution context.
• Manages Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) and fitness functions.
• Documents and evolves the architecture through the product life cycle and aligns with architecture community for governance.
• Solves complex problems using judgment based on multiple information sources.
• Maintains vision, roadmap, and current landscape for the solution.
• Assesses impacts and dependencies of initiatives on capabilities, risk, and application landscape.
• Creates Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, and Ontologies for the solution and interfaces.
• Defines and drives reference architectures, patterns, and oversees Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
• Explains difficult or sensitive information clearly and works to build consensus among stakeholders.
• Drives information sharing about the solution.
• Provides technical oversight, guidance, and consultation on technologies for product teams.
• Improves existing solutions, manages technical debt, researches, evaluates, pilots, and drives adoption of new technologies.
• Identifies opportunities to enhance value and business processes.
