Senior Software Engineer (.NET)

• Experience developing production software with C# and/or APL or comparable strong backend engineering capability.
• Interest in contributing to technical design and scalable, high-performing applications, services, or APIs.
• Familiarity with software delivery practices such as automated testing, version control, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• Openness to using AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully while maintaining quality, security, and maintainability.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn additional technologies including Dyalog APL, and deepen understanding of investment-management software.
• Collaborative approach to problem-solving, knowledge sharing, and growing into technical leadership.
• Experience with Angular, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Oracle databases, or financial systems is welcome but not required.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand customer needs, challenge assumptions, and deliver tested, supportable software.
• Design, build, and maintain backend components and APIs for SimCorp Dimension using C#/.NET and related technologies.
• Improve system performance, maintainability, reliability, and build efficiency through pragmatic engineering and continuous improvement.
• Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to support exploration, implementation, testing, documentation, and code review.
• Contribute to automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices.
• Help shape technical decisions and share knowledge through code reviews, pairing, mentoring, and team collaboration.
