Wymagania
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with combined Dev QA responsibilities.
- Expertise in .NET / C# and working knowledge of Angular.
- Impactful leadership skills improving efficiency and project success.
- Extensive experience in test automation (E2E, API, Integration) and test strategy.
- Solid experience in architecting and developing enterprise-scale applications.
- Extensive knowledge of Cloud and On-Prem infrastructures with Microsoft Azure experience.
- Deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines and tools, including Git, TeamCity, and Azure DevOps.
- Thorough understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and Domain-Driven Design.
- Familiarity with XP practices: TDD, pair programming, continuous integration.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL).
- Willingness to learn APL with team support.
- Proficient English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and guide teams towards technical excellence.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms.
- Background in FinTech or capital markets.
- Knowledge and experience in financial domain and derivatives (options, futures, swaps, etc.).
Obowiązki
- Provide technical leadership in design, development, and testing.
- Define and own test architecture and quality strategy at the team level.
- Balance active coding in C#, Angular, and APL with guiding automation initiatives.
- Drive adoption of automation-first practices across the team.
- Monitor coverage, test metrics, and quality KPIs to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Mentor and coach engineers in development, automation, and testing skills.
- Represent QA Dev combined approach in cross-team forums.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (POs, TLs, architects) to align technical and quality goals.
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis for complex defects and ensure preventive actions.
- Advocate for and implement improvements in tools, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering processes.
- Continuously assess and improve engineering processes and recommend new tools and technologies.
- Represent the team in technical forums and contribute to cross-team knowledge exchange.
