Wymagania

- Familiarity with Scrum, SAFe, and agility at scale.

- Working proficiency in English.
- Experience applying AI-augmented product practices including discovery, analysis, synthesis, prototyping, and tooling.
- Demonstrated PM experience leading customer-facing checkout, payments, or subscription purchase surfaces.
- Proven track record of measurable conversion or revenue improvements through checkout iteration.
- Experience working in or alongside payment provider ecosystems with preference for Stripe.
- Understanding of subscription lifecycle economics, how checkout affects conversion, retention, LTV, and recurring revenue preferred.
Obowiązki
Core responsibilities:
- Define and maintain a clear, compelling product vision for Piano's checkout aligned with overall subscription strategy.
- Develop and own the checkout roadmap over a 3–12 month horizon balancing capabilities, technical quality, and priorities.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis focused on checkout and payment provider capabilities.
- Define and communicate product positioning, target segments, and go-to-market priorities with Marketing and Sales.
- Own and maintain the checkout Program Backlog with Product Leadership, Architects, and other PMs.
- Prioritize features using value-based frameworks and maintain a well-groomed backlog.
- Lead PI Planning for checkout including defining objectives, presenting roadmap, and prioritizing.
- Validate Feature acceptance criteria and approve Features upon delivery.
- Serve as primary voice of customer and market within Agile Release Train for checkout work.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Support to gather feedback and market signals.
- Communicate roadmap and strategic priorities clearly to stakeholders including executives.
- Represent the product in customer-facing contexts such as executive meetings and conferences.
- Define and monitor checkout KPIs and OKRs focusing on conversion, completion rates, and revenue impact.
- Conduct product ROI analysis to justify investments and support budget discussions.
- Manage checkout product lifecycle from inception to end-of-life with Product Leadership.
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new capabilities and releases including beta programs, training, and sales enablement.
- Collaborate with Marketing and PMM for product messaging and promotional materials.
- Define and oversee internal release process to prepare teams before customer delivery.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product Owners to provide strategic context, prioritized Features, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with Product Leadership on roadmap quality, strategic alignment, and scope decisions.
- Partner with Architecture & Engineering to understand technical constraints and feasibility.
- Collaborate with Product Design to set user experience goals focusing on conversion impact.
- Support Customer Success, Consulting & Support with knowledge transfer, documentation, and escalation processes.
- Enable Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams to confidently sell the product.
