Lead Business Architect (Pega, German)

• Pega Business Architect (CPBA) and/or Pega System Architect (CPSA) certification
• Minimum 6 years experience in business analysis and design with Pega Infinity Platform
• Hands-on configuration experience with Pega Infinity Platform
• Fluent English and German, both written and spoken
• Experience running workshops, writing user stories, and creating functional documentation for complex business processes
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence

Nice to have:

• Solution Designer, Pega Blueprint, and AI experience

• Translating business processes and needs into tailored designs based on Pega Infinity Platform or strategic applications
• Advising clients on best practices and usage scenarios
• Collaborating with a team of Pega system architects (CLSA, CSSA, CSA)
• Ensuring solutions meet highest standards and utilize latest Pega capabilities
• Mentoring junior Pega Business Architects (CPBA) and cross-functional teams
