Technical Project Manager

YND Technologies is a company managing projects with a focus on product, delivery, and development teams, working with live evolving products, and using Agile methodologies. The work involves international projects and a flat organizational structure.

• Strong ownership and outcome orientation
• 3+ years of experience in product, delivery, or development team management
• Experience working with a live, evolving product including continuous improvements and releases
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience running ceremonies
• Solid understanding of UX/UI fundamentals across mobile and desktop
• Technical maturity to work with engineers, read API docs, and understand integration flows
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Experience with requirements and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to spot risks early and proactively shape plans, dependencies, and priorities
• Very good communication skills in Polish and English (spoken and written)
• Curious, eager to learn, and continuously improve
• Comfortable working with metrics and KPIs to guide decisions

Nice to have:

• Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner)
• Experience in e-commerce or integrations-heavy environment
• Experience in a software house or consulting setup
• Understanding of QA processes, test planning, or release management
• Familiarity with cloud environments and modern web/mobile architectures

• Understand, analyze, and help break down business requirements into implementable features
• Capture and track the delivery of planned work
• Communicate and resolve impediments
• Shorten feedback loops
• Help maintain the product backlog
• Provide input during discussions to ensure correct, scalable, reliable, and performant solutions
