LSI Software S.A. develops solutions supporting retail sales, enabling shops and retail chains to manage inventory, customers, and processes efficiently. The company offers proprietary solutions used by customers in various industries domestically and internationally, including projects in AI, process automation, and SaaS.

• Minimum 2 years experience as Product Manager or similar role.
• Experience in product portfolio management and launching new products to market.
• Experience in tender procedures and preparing technical and product offers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and hardware specifications.
• Very good knowledge of English (B2+/C1) for independent communication with manufacturers, clients, and technical partners and working with technical and tender documentation.
• Driving license category B.

Nice to have:

• Experience with hardware solutions or retail technology such as kiosks, POS, self-checkout, digital signage, retail automation.
• Experience in custom hardware projects.
• Experience in creating and implementing product roadmaps.
• Ability to prepare pricing policies, margin recommendations, and profitability control.
• Experience collaborating with manufacturers from Asia or Europe.

• Manage and develop product portfolio for kiosks and self-checkout systems.
• Responsible for full product lifecycle from market analysis and client needs to development and withdrawal.
• Coordinate new product implementations and support sales and technical departments.
• Prepare product documentation, technical specifications, and sales materials.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and additional product functionalities.
• Build product standards and processes related to portfolio development.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and technology partners.
