Wymagania
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
- Knowledge and experience with logistics systems are welcome.
- Very good knowledge of UML, BPMN, experience with Confluence, Jira, and Enterprise Architect.
- Practical knowledge of business analysis methodologies, including as-is process analysis and to-be process design.
- Understanding of integration topics, experience with REST API and Open API, defining and analyzing integration contracts.
- Ability to create and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
- Practical experience in creating User Stories with strong focus on technical Acceptance Criteria.
- Experience in creating comprehensive system and analytical documentation.
- Ability to adapt in projects with variable structure and high dynamics.
- Experience working with large data sets including data verification for analysis.
- Knowledge of relational databases and data analysis using SQL.

- Provide services in scrum teams combined with client employees, emphasizing team collaboration and self-organization.
- Analyze client needs and prepare business requirement specifications.
- Conduct analytical workshops and advise clients on optimal solutions.
- Prepare functional projects and analytical documentation.
- Collaborate with implementation teams and client representatives during the project.
- Work with testing teams on acceptance testing of developed solutions.
- Support developers in the programming process.
- Help the team understand goals, identify with the product, and build engagement.
- Manage change.
