Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in a similar role
- Higher education in IT or related field and/or finance
- Knowledge of English at minimum B2 level
- Strong knowledge of business and system analysis methods
- Experience in process design and system integration
- Knowledge of API, data models, and basic system architecture
- Experience with data handling and migrations
- Practical knowledge of Scrum/Agile
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of complaint or banking processes
Obowiązki
- Plan and conduct business analysis
- Gather and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Design business processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development team
- Perform system analysis and prepare documentation
- Design screens, data models, and API
- Analyze and migrate data
- Translate requirements into user stories and backlog in Agile/Scrum environment
