Senior / Lead Software Security Architect (Sharepoint)

1dea is a recruitment consulting company providing IT talent acquisition services for its clients. Operating in the Polish market for over 8 years, it is expanding its reach to Western European markets.

• Proven technical experience in software security architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of general IT experience and at least 8 years in Security Architect or similarly technical role.
• Higher education (master's, engineering or equivalent).
• Fluent English communication skills (min. B2).
• Recognized cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CSSLP, CISM).
• Valid Security Clearance or no objections to obtaining it.

Nice to have:

• Expert practical knowledge of SharePoint security architecture.
• Experience with Secure SDLC and reference models.
• Up-to-date knowledge on application security threats, technologies, and trends.
• Strong communication and ability to bridge developers, architects, and business teams.

• Design secure systems according to Security & Privacy by Design/Default principles.
• Audit application architecture to identify vulnerabilities.
• Define security requirements, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with developers to translate security requirements into architectural and coding guidelines.
• Architect and secure solutions on the SharePoint platform.
• Eliminate single points of failure and select protection mechanisms such as cryptography and access control.

Work location: 100% remote within the European Union public sector area. Start: ASAP (max 3 months availability). No business trips required. Recruitment process fully remote. Security clearance required or ability to obtain.
