Senior Analyst - Source Plants Product Engineering

Brown-Forman is a premium spirits company focused on building strong brands. The role supports their beverage supply chain operations, specifically product and manufacturing data management for external manufacturing plants and distribution warehouses.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience with SAP or equivalent ERP in manufacturing/supply chain, or 5+ years of relevant experience in materials creation, planning, production, packaging development, or operations with strong system integration exposure.
• Hands-on experience with SAP master data including Material Master, BOMs, subcontracting-related master data across multiple plants and systems.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot data-related issues impacting multiple plants.
• Commitment to data accuracy, governance, and enforcing standards across systems.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally to align master data and support operational goals.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and aptitude for MDM/planning systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements or automation initiatives related to master data.
• Practical knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes relevant to master data applications.

Nice to have:

• Relevant certifications such as CPIM, CLTD, CSCM.
• Experience in the beverage industry.
• Experience with Kinaxis Supply Chain Planning and Semarchy MDM.

Master Data Management & Accuracy (Product Domain Focus):

• Manage critical SAP and other system data including part numbers, materials, BOMs, and production versions aligned with SKU lifecycles.
• Establish and enforce data quality standards across assigned plants to support consistent global practices.
• Maintain Liquid master data, resolve complex issues, and develop standard procedures.
• Execute periodic SKU management tasks across systems to ensure high data accuracy and compliance with global standards.

SKU Lifecycle Management & Data Quality Assurance:

• Optimize product lifecycle of SKUs and materials through analysis and obsolescence support, ensuring consistent application across plants.
• Ensure BOM accuracy through creation, review, and approval across relevant systems enforcing rigorous standards.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:

• Identify, streamline, and automate master data creation across SAP and other systems for consistency and efficiency.
• Utilize MDM and relevant platforms to automate workflows and champion new best practices for data speed, quality, and compliance.
• Proactively mitigate operational risks and support capacity planning related to master data.
• Coordinate with EMO and supply planning teams to integrate essential master data across systems.
