Team Manager

• Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role
• At least 5 years of experience in IT, project management, consulting, or related roles
• Experience in recruitment and acquiring technical talent
• Ability to manage escalations and resolve complex client situations
• Analytical thinking and decision-making skills
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
• Higher education or equivalent experience
• Legal right to work in Poland or Hungary

Nice to have:

• Experience in the Life Sciences industry, especially with cloud/SaaS solutions
• Knowledge of Managed Services models and post-implementation support
• Familiarity with Veeva Vault or other cloud platforms (CRM, ERP)

• Manage and develop a team of consultants providing Managed Services on the Veeva Vault platform
• Plan resources, monitor utilization, and support professional development of team members
• Conduct recruitment processes for consultants in Poland and Hungary
• Coordinate communication between implementation teams and Managed Services
• Act as a contact point and escalation role for selected clients
• Collaborate with new and existing clients to expand contract offerings
• Work remotely in Poland with mandatory presence in Budapest office once a month and occasional business trips in the EMEA region
