Senior Business Architect (Pega, German)

• Pega Business Architect (CPBA) and/or Pega System Architect (CPSA) certification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis and design of processes and applications with the Pega Infinity Platform.
• Hands-on configuration experience on the Pega Infinity Platform.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Experience writing user stories and creating functional documentation for complex business processes.
• Good stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have:

• Solution Designer, Pega Blueprint, and AI experience.

Main responsibilities:

• Translate business processes and needs into tailored designs based on the Pega Infinity Platform or strategic applications.
• Advise clients on Pega best practices and usage scenarios.
• Cooperate with teams of Pega system architects (CLSA, CSSA, CSA).
• Ensure solutions meet the highest standards and utilize the latest Pega capabilities.
• Gather and analyze business requirements with stakeholders.
• Support process design activities and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure accurate implementation of business needs.
