Data & AI Product Manager/Senior Product Manager in Pharma Commercial

• 10+ years experience in data, analytics, or AI domain
• 3+ years in product, delivery, consulting, or presales roles
• 5+ years experience in Life Sciences/Pharma with expert knowledge of commercial domain
• Demonstrated experience managing data products across full product lifecycle
• Demonstrated experience managing AI products distinct from analytics
• Ability to lead strategy discussions at executive level and track value realization
• Experience with end-user product design, UATs, and measuring adoption
• Experience in end-to-end project delivery including Cloud Data Platforms, BI, Predictive Analytics, Generative AI
• Experience leading project teams of 10+ members
• Excellent communication skills with technical depth and executive presentation ability
• Ability to manage customer expectations and convey AI capabilities honestly
• Ability to frame presales opportunities into customer engagement
• Passion for Data & AI and committed to continuous learning
• Proficiency in English (B2); German, Spanish, or French is a plus

• Manage and coordinate consulting engagements end-to-end, ensuring delivery output, quality, and client satisfaction
• Engage customer business stakeholders to discover data, analytics, and AI opportunities
• Design and drive executive workshops and stakeholder interviews to define and prioritize strategic needs
• Map customer vision to specific data and AI products, platforms, and solutions
• Envision, prototype, and oversee implementation of analytical solutions based on commercial domain expertise
• Engage on strategic dimensions such as value realization, governance, and operational change management
• Collaborate with data engineering and architecture teams bridging business needs with technical delivery
• Participate in decisions on team structure and project staffing
• Partner with account managers to build and retain strategic customer relationships
• Participate in pre-sales and up-sales initiatives, creating proposals and presenting to clients
• Provide analytics across sales, marketing, customer engagement, market access, and commercial data foundation
• Lead AI and conversational analytics initiatives including "ask-your-data" assistants and automation
