Wymagania
- 10+ years of ERP project implementation experience
- SAP Certification in at least one relevant functional area with hands-on knowledge of SAP BODS
- Deep expertise in data migration execution
- Knowledge of GxP and CSV
- Functional expertise and strong leadership skills
- Proven experience working with globally distributed teams in multi-country and multi-system environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic and hands-on working style with meeting facilitation, progress tracking, and issue management
- Fluent English at B2+ level
Obowiązki
- Support large ERP programs and may assume responsibilities held by Global Data Migration Experts on certain projects
- Act as deployment wave focal point for data objects in scope for deployment and local data migration
- Collaborate with Business Data Owners, deployment Functional Experts, ETL team members, and legacy teams
- Drive migration activities for deployment projects
- Verify data transformation tools and outputs for deployment wave projects
- Prepare DMW load files and perform initial verification
- Execute DVT scripts
- Coordinate defect and Hypercare incident resolution for objects under responsibility
- Resolve design defects or escalate them to Global Data Migration Experts
