Technical Business Analyst / Delivery Coordinator

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Delivery Coordinator, IT Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience working within infrastructure, cloud, platform or technology-focused environments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform ambiguous requirements into structured deliverables.
• Good understanding of technical concepts such as:
  • Cloud infrastructure
  • Networking fundamentals
  • DNS
  • HTTP/TLS
  • Web technologies
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• English at a level allowing effective communication in an international environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience within financial services or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of Azure, CDN/Edge platforms (e.g. Akamai), or web application security.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid delivery models or project coordination frameworks.
• Experience creating process maps, architecture overviews or technical documentation.
• BA or delivery-related certifications (BCS, IIBA, AgilePM or similar).

• Gather, analyse and document requirements related to platform, infrastructure and technology initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear, well-defined work items for engineering teams.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple teams, ensuring dependencies, risks and blockers are identified and addressed early.
• Maintain and improve technical documentation, including runbooks, process documentation, onboarding materials and architecture overviews.
• Analyse existing processes and technical solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement and simplification.
• Prepare stakeholder materials, impact assessments, status updates and governance documentation.
• Support demand management activities by qualifying incoming requests and ensuring they are routed appropriately.
• Work closely with engineers, architects, cybersecurity specialists, product stakeholders and delivery teams.
