Home journey is the full process a customer goes through when buying a home in the Nordics. The project involves working in a diverse, highly international environment using agile methodologies aiming to meet unique customer needs.

• 6+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong experience in manual functional, integration, system, and end-to-end testing
• Experience validating complex business processes across multiple applications and integrations
• Proven experience in defect management, root cause analysis, and test reporting
• Experience working with large enterprise systems, preferably in banking, financial services, or highly regulated industries
• Understanding of test planning, test design techniques, and test execution methodologies
• Experience with test data preparation and management
• Experience in release testing
• Tester mindset with attention to detail, quality, and problem solving
• Ability to work in an international environment
• Willingness to learn and understand new tools and processes
• Experience with Pega application testing
• Business and testing skills including requirements analysis, exploratory testing, test case creation and execution, defect lifecycle management, risk-based testing, and traceability management
• Experience in system testing of modern UI (Web/Mobile)
• Some experience with Rest services (API)
• Experience with test management tools, preferably qTest
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence

Nice to have:

• Experience in mobile apps testing
• Knowledge of mortgage, lending, banking, or financial services domain
• Experience with Nordic banking products and customer journeys
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
• Experience using BrowserStack or similar platforms
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and ability to identify automation candidates
• Experience with production monitoring tools
• Understanding of accessibility regulations (EAA/WCAG)
• Experience with test data masking and GDPR-sensitive data
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience working in large-scale SAFe organizations

• Strengthen quality assurance within Home Journey
• Ensure high-quality deliveries across customer journeys
• Validate end-to-end business processes
• Identify defects early and support defect management
• Support teams with test planning, execution, and quality improvements
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Operations teams
• Participate in release testing
• Challenge requirements and identify ambiguities before development starts
